Gavin Jenkins, 52, on the terrace of the London College of Fashion with a view over Oxford Street. Gavin is a professor at the college and started beekeeping with Luke Dixon who had set up a hive on the school in 2010. Today, this creative thinker, a technical professor, likes to escape for a bit by taking care of his bees on the roof this hive of fashion that is the college when he is not taking part in the weekly courses given by Luke Dixon at the college.
