Alessia Bolis, 41 years old, in King Henry's Walk Garden near Islington, a community garden created three years ago and where she gives daily beekeeping classes at the apiary. This magnificent organic community garden in Islington was opened at the end of 2007. It is open to the public and is managed by the volunteers who created it.
